Bake and Eat is made to a special recipe which makes it ideal to bake with and its smooth taste means that it is fun to eat just by itself.

Melting Methods:

Stove:

In a pan, bring a small quantity of water to the boil. Place blocks of chocolate into a metal or glass bowl. Remove pan from the stove and place bowl on top. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir while the chocolate melts, returning to stove if required. This will take about 5 minutes. Remove once chocolate has fully melted.

Microwave:

Place blocks of chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds and stir. Repeat the process until chocolate is completely melted and smooth in texture. Re-heat in microwave if chocolate starts to harden.

Ingredients:

  • 250g Cream
  • 30g Icing sugar
  • 150g Bake and Eat Milk Chocolate

Method:

  • Whip cream and icing sugar until soft peaks start to form.
  • Melt chocolate over double boiler until chocolate has melted.
  • Take chocolate off heat, add whipped cream and stir.
  • Dust with cocoa powder over the top and decorate with berries and/or mint.
