Bake and Eat is made to a special recipe which makes it ideal to bake with and its smooth taste means that it is fun to eat just by itself.

Melting Methods:


In a pan, bring a small quantity of water to the boil. Place blocks of chocolate into a metal or glass bowl. Remove pan from the stove and place bowl on top. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir while the chocolate melts, returning to stove if required. This will take about 5 minutes. Remove once chocolate has fully melted.


Place blocks of chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds and stir. Repeat the process until chocolate is completely melted and smooth in texture. Re-heat in microwave if chocolate starts to harden.

  • 120ml Pure Cream (35% fat)

  • Place chopped chocolate into a medium size microwave safe mixing bowl.
  • Heat the cream in a small saucepan until just boiling.
  • Pour cream over chocolate and leave to stand for tow minutes allowing chocolate to soften.
  • Stir ganache until smooth. If all chocolate has not melted, place bowl in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir until smooth.
